Missed Calling

So, as much as I love teaching and chemistry, even thinking that my degree was super interesting and challenging... I must have missed my artistic calling. Not only have I been given numerous compliments on my arts & craft talent, but have also been called a magical baker and perfect lady. This is hilarious to me because I see two burnt Thanksgiving dishes and an art project that terrifies my nightmares in the above pictures!
These wouldn't have become a reality if I had not done the following:
1. Drunkenly said I can cook and therefore was added to the Thanksgiving dinner roster to make sweet potato casserole (obviously I can't cook because I burnt it all)
2. Defending pumpkin pie to the whole office resulting in me having to prove that it is delicious (to my benefit... they all agreed after)
3. Passing off the "Chicken Dance" as a turkey and talking about the above arts and craft (where I got to make terrible example crafts and do the chicken dance in front of 20 children and their parents)
